Prague court halts prosecution of imprisoned Kraus in MUS case

The Prague Municipal Court has halted the prosecution of manager Petr Kraus in the case of the MUS coal mining firm privatisation, the court's spokeswoman Marketa Puci told CTK on Monday. Kraus has been in Swiss prison since May. The Swiss court punished him with 16 months behind bars for MUS frauds.
