Polish winemaking handbook wins international award

A Polish textbook for wine producers received an award from the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), in the education category, during a ceremony held in Paris. The publication "Vine and Wine - Knowledge and Practice" edited by Roman Mysliwiec and Ewa Wawro, presents a cross-disciplinary coverage of all the subjects related to wine production up to its marketing, and will provide all the theoretical and technical knowledge needed by any Polish wine producer, OIV said on its website.
