Polish unemployment rate likely up to 6.1 pct in June - labour ministry

Poland's unemployment rate likely went up by 0.1 percentage point month on month to 6.1 pct at the end of June 2020, according to estimate from the Labour Ministry. The number of jobless increased by 15,400 in June to 1,027,100, the ministry said. The estimate is slightly below the PAP consensus survey, which pointed to a 6.3 percent unemployment rate at end-June.
