Polish president, US ambassador on Poland joining visa waiver program

Poland entered the US Visa Waiver Program on Monday. Both the Polish president and the US ambassador to Poland lauded the development. "Poland joining the Visa Waver Program has become a fact," President Andrzej Duda said. "The Polish people were waiting for this not only because they wanted their trips to be easier. This was a question of our dignity," President Andrzej Duda said. "It's official! Polish citizens can now obtain ESTA authorization online for their business and tourist trips to the US ... This is a joint US-Polish success! See you in the United States!," Ambassador Georgette Mosbacher wrote on Twitter on Monday.
