Polish president to attend Yalta summit

Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski will attend the May 11-12 summit of Central European leaders in Yalta, the presidential Chancellery announced on Friday. The presidents of Austria, the Czech Republic and Germany have decided not to participate in the summit in view of the situation of the imprisoned former Ukrainian PM Yulia Tymoshenko. President Komorowski in his recent television interview stressed that he had spoken with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich a number of times about Tymoshenko's situation.
