Polish PM sticks to his rule of law, climate goal objections

Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki, speaking in Brussels on Monday, the fourth day of the EU's marathon summit, reiterated Poland's opposition to the rule of law conditions to be included in the bloc's budget and linking recovery fund payments with climate goals.
