Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro has criticised a Saturday "March of a Thousand Robes" demo in Warsaw, describing it as "hypocrisy" and "a struggle for privileges". Judges and lawyers from Poland and 22 European countries took to the streets of Warsaw along with citizens on Saturday to protest against amendments to the country's judicial laws. Speaking to a Polish public television broadcaster on Monday, Ziobro said that "judges have been entering politics and voicing political slogans." "This is hypocrisy, this is a struggle for privileges and a fight against our changes," he said.
