Polish health minister says no grounds for regional lockdowns in Poland

Polish Health Minister Lukasz Szumowski on Monday morning said that at the moment there were no grounds for regional lockdowns in Poland, as coronavirus cases were distributed evenly throughout all of Poland. "If we had such large regional differences (in coronavirus occurrence - PAP) as in Italy or Spain, then it would be justified to lock down entire regions, but in Poland we have a very even distribution of infected people, he told private radio broadcaster RMF FM.
