Polish FM OSCE head: 'We want new security dialogue with Russia'

The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) wants a new dialogue on European security with Russia, Zbigniew Rau, the current OSCE head and Polish foreign minister, said after talks with Sergei Lavrov, his Russian counterpart, in Moscow. "We proposed the initiation of a new dialogue regarding security in Europe, one aimed at reducing the risk of confrontation and increasing security," Rau told a joint press conference held with Lavrov after the talks.
