Polish e-communication regulator to chair regional network

Marcin Cichy, the head of Poland's Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), was elected chairman of the Eastern Partnership Electronic Communications Regulators Network (EaPeReg) at the organisation's 14th plenary session in Riga on Wednesday. The network is "an independent platform of National Regulatory Authorities for Electronic Communications Networks and Services," EaPeReg says of itself on its website.
