Polish e-commerce market expected to grow 12 pc annually - report

Poland's e-commerce market will probably grow at 12 percent a year for the next five years , and will hit PLN 162 billion (EUR 36 billion) in 2026, PwC consulting firm said in a report. The research shows that the fastest growth will be seen in the sales of food, health and beauty products. PwC also said that in 2020 online services accounted for 14 percent of the value of retail sales in Poland, a share influenced by the pandemic and the accelerated development of e-commerce platforms.
