Police: Slovak ammunition wasn't used in Vienna attacks

Terrorists in Vienna did not shoot with ammunition from Slovakia, Police Corps spokesperson Denisa Bardyova told TASR on Wednesday. "The Slovak police in the summer received the information that suspicious persons from Austria tried to buy ammunition in Slovakia, however, they failed to do so," said Bardyova, adding that they had immediately sent the information to their Austrian colleagues. "We won't comment further on the matter in order not to undermine the investigation in Austria," she said.
