Police search bar in Bratislava in relation to illicit screening of journalists

The elite National Crime Agency on Friday morning searched a bar in the centre of Bratislava as part of investigation related to the past snooping on journalists by certain elements in the police, the police reported on their Facebook profile. In the case of illicit screening of investigative journalist Jan Kuciak, murdered along with his fiancée Martina Kusnirova last year, and other reporters, the Interior Ministry's Internal Affairs investigator has launched a criminal investigation over the misuse of public official's powers and unauthorised handling of personal data.
