Police launch investigation into shooting at N Slovakia company

An investigator from the Trencin Regional Police Corps Directorate has launched a criminal investigation in connection with a fatal shooting that took place on the premises of a company called HF Najus in Dubnica nad Vahom on Monday, Trencin regional police spokesman Pavol Kudlicka has told TASR. "The 39-year-old perpetrator appeared in the Dubnica nad Vahom-based company's meeting room on Monday morning and fired a sawn-off shotgun at a 58-year-old man. He then committed suicide. The circumstances surrounding the death of the perpetrator and his victim are still under investigation," said Kudlicka.
