Police investigated over treatment of Afghans

The Regional Court in Hradec Kralove, east Bohemia, must deal with the criminal complaint about the police who, as claimed by the Organisation for Aid to Refugees (OPU), acted illegally against five underage Afghans, Petra Sedlackova, from the OPU, told CTK on Thursday. The decision was made by the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS), Sedlackova said. At first, the regional court turned down the complaint and refused to deal with its essence. The OPU is suing the police for having placed the foreigners into a facility for adults without making a regular decision.
