Police investigate defacement of Prague's Vlasov army monument

The police are investigating a recent defacement of Prague-Reporyje's plaque commemorating the fallen soldiers of General Andrei Vlasov's Russian Liberation Army (ROA) by a sprayer, and they have started criminal proceedings over a suspected crime of harming another's property, they have announced. Prague-Reporyje Mayor Pavel Novotny has tweeted that the plaque has already been cleaned. He wrote that the perpetrator was shot by security cameras as defacing it.
