Police bring long-wanted Czech suspect back from Kenya

The police have succeeded in detecting and bringing back from Kenya a 62-year-old suspect who was hiding from Czech authorities for almost nine years after being sentenced to five years in prison for financial crime, the Pardubice regional police have announced. Since the man shunned law enforcement bodies after the verdict, the Hradec Kralove Regional Court issued an order for his imprisonment along with an European and international warrant for his arrest in 2012. The man appeared on the list of Europe's most wanted persons at www.eumostwanted.eu
