Poland's welfare index up in October - BIEC

The welfare index, which reflects the economic condition of Polish society, went up by 0.4 points month on month in October 2019, the Bureau for Investments and Economic Cycles (BIEC) said on Friday. A slower inflation growth was the main reason for the increase in the gauge's reading, which had been going down for five months in a row, the researchers wrote.
