Poland's welfare index down in November - BIEC

The welfare index, which reflects the economic condition of Polish society, dropped 0.5 points month on month in November 2019, the Bureau for Investments and Economic Cycles (BIEC) said on Friday. BIEC noted that the slight improvement recorded last month was a one-off event and that the indicator had now returned to a downward trend.
