Poland to ship 25 tonnes of food aid to Lebanon

Humanitarian aid organised by the Polish Redemptoris Missio foundation is heading to Lebanon on Monday. The transport contains nearly 25 tonnes of foodstuffs with a long shelf life. Beirut suffered from a major blast in August, which levelled a large part of the city, killing over 200, injuring 6,000 and leaving some 300,000 homeless.
