Poland's authorities have sent their answer to a letter from EU Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders regarding the EU Court of Justice (CJEU)'s ruling on the Polish Supreme Court's Disciplinary Chamber, EC spokesman Christian Wigand said on Thursday. Wigand added that the EC will analyse the answer and will take a decision regarding its further steps. In early June, Reynders sent a letter to Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro, in which he had asked him for clarification of the EC's doubts as to the measures taken by Poland regarding the CJEU ruling. Wigand said at that time that the EC had not been in a position toverify that Poland had taken all necessary steps regarding CJEU's ruling on the Polish Supreme Court's Disciplinary Chamber.
