Poland records 140 new coronavirus cases on Mon

Poland recorded 140 new confirmed coronavirus cases and 1 death over the past 24 hours on Monday morning, data released by the Health Ministry shows. The health-care system is now handling 1,982 Covid-19 hospitalisations, down from 1,989 recorded the day prior, including 303 patients on ventilators, against the total of 1,397 ventilators available, the Health Ministry reported. The health ministry also reported that 55,463 people are under quarantine. So far, 2,648,859 people have recovered.
