Poland's president tops trust ranking poll

June 20th, 2022

President Andrzej Duda continues to be the country's most trusted politician, ahead of the prime minister and the leader of the grassroots movement Poland 2050, a new poll has found. In early June, 55 percent of Poles trusted Duda (down by 3 percentage points from May), while at the same time 32 percent of Poles distrusted him (up by 3 percentage points), according to the CBOS survey published on Monday. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki placed second. In all, 44 percent of those polled said they trusted him (down by 2 percentage points), and 45 percent voiced their distrust in the head of the government (up by 5 percentage points).
