March 20th, 2020
Polish authorities on Friday presented further information to the European Commission (EC) that traffic across its borders, including the Polish-German border, was running smoothly, a European Union source revealed to PAP. In the document, seen by PAP, Poland again stated that the vast majority of its border crossings were operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It added that additional personnel had been sent to work at the borders and that additional financial resources had been allocated to allow for the smooth flow of people, as well as goods.
