Poland's MoD, US defence secretary discuss Defender Europe 20 exercise

Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Blaszczak and US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper have discussed the ongoing NATO Defender Europe 20 exercise in Poland, Blaszczak wrote on Twitter on Friday. Blaszczak added that the talks also concerned the situation linked with the coronavirus disease. Blaszczak stressed in his post that the Defender exercises continue to remain a priority of Polish-US cooperation. "We will strive to ensure that the coronavirus has the least impact on the course of the exercise," wrote the Polish minister.
