Poland's manufacturing PMI up m/m in June

Poland's Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) rose to 47.2 points in June from 40.6 points in May, the economic research company IHS Markit reported on Wednesday. Analysts surveyed by PAP expected June's PMI to reach 46.3 points. The Polish manufacturing sector was still contracting in June but economic conditions improved due to the lifting of restrictions imposed on the economy during the coronavirus pandemic, Markit said in a comment on the research.
