Poland's Gross Domestic Product increased by 5.5 percent year on year in the second quarter of 2022, the Central Statistical Office said on Wednesday. The figure is higher than the previous flash estimate in which GUS said that in Q2 GDP growth would be 5.3 percent year on year. In the Q1 2022, the country's GDP rose by 8.5 percent year on year, GUS said. Investment went up by 7.1 percent year on year, private consumption increased by 6.4 percent and domestic demand rose by 7.2 percent in the Q2 2022, according to GUS.
