The closure of Poland's borders, initially implemented for 10 days has been extended by a further 20, until April 13, the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration Mariusz Kaminski announced on Wednesday. Kaminski said the lockdown did not apply to the passage of goods. "There is absolutely no restriction and all goods that are essential to our citizens and to our country will cross the borders fluidly," he said. The interior minister added that new restrictions had been introduced concerning border crossings by Polish citizens working every day beyond the border.
