Poland's Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) rose in June 2019 to 103.0 points from 101.1 points in May, the European Commission's Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) reported on Thursday. June's sentiment indicator in Polish industry was at minus 8.9 points, down from minus 8.0 points in the previous month. The Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs publishes a monthly harmonised ESI for European Union countries. In Poland, the indicator is based on Central Statistical Office (GUS) surveys.
