Poland could receive over PLN 700 billion (EUR 157.5 billion) from the EU's Economic Recovery Fund and the new EU budgetary perspective, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told the polstanews.pl portal on Friday. On Thursday, Morawiecki took part in a meeting of the leaders of the Visegrad Group (V4, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary) in Lednice, in the Czech region of Moravia, devoted to the European Recovery Fund project. In the PM's view, additional funds could mean clear economic growth being noted by the end of the year.
