Poland's average corporate wage up 6.8 pc y/y in August - stats office

Poland's average corporate gross wage in August 2019 amounted to PLN 5,125 (EUR 1,180), up by 6.8 percent year on year, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported on Wednesday. In monthly terms, the average wage decreased by 1.1 percent. August's corporate employment rose by 2.6 percent y/y and fell by 0.1 percent m/m to 6,389,600.
