Poland asking EC for more vaccine doses

The Polish prime minister has said the government has been constantly asking the European Commission to make more vaccine doses available to Poland so it can achieve herd immunity. "That is why Poland has been urging the European Commission to allow Poland to receive the biggest possible number of Covid-19 vaccine doses," the prime minister said, adding that Poland had at its disposal over 6,500 vaccination centres and could vaccinate more people than it currently does.
