PM Babis wants to freeze salaries of elected officials, judges

Czech PM Andrej Babis tabled a proposition in the Chamber of Deputies today, suggesting that the salaries of elected officials and judges be frozen at this year's level, because he considers the planned rise in their pay by at least 5.9 percent inacceptable.
