Pirates want lower house health cttee to meet over rise in Covid-19 cases

The Czech Pirates want to call a meeting of the Chamber of Deputies health committee to discuss the latest development of the coronavirus epidemic and the next steps, the opposition party said in a press release on Thursday. The government is not fulfilling the tasks given to it by the Chamber of Deputies, the party said. "This means introducing a testing plan, increasing its capacity up to 30,000 samples a day, using all laboratories at last, introducing four degrees of pandemic alert and putting into operation the smart quarantine system," party leader Ivan Bartos said.
