PG's Office files motion with Constitutional Court over state of emergency

Deputy Prosecutor-General Viera Kovacikova has filed a motion with the Constitutional Court to examine the imposition of a state of emergency in the country, PG's Office spokesperson Jana Tokolyova told TASR on Tuesday. The motion has been filed in order to remove doubts regarding whether the government's recent declaration of a state of emergency was constitutional, Tokolyova added.
