PG files disciplinary proceedings motion against prosecutor Kysel

Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka has filed a motion for disciplinary proceedings against prosecutor of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office Peter Kysel over an alleged breach of his obligations, TASR has learned. According to PG's Office spokesman Dalibor Skladan, the motion was submitted on May 13. SME daily broke the story first -- on Tuesday night, reporting that Kysel could see deductions from his salary. The motion concerns the case of special police operations head Jozef R., who was recently released from custody by the Supreme Court.
