People in Need NGO collects 1.85 billion crowns for Ukraine

Firms, foundations and nearly half a million people sent money to the People in Need humanitarian organisation in aid of Ukrainian refugees and the victims of the war, more than 1.85 billion crowns in total, the NGO told CTK today. "In the three months since the invasion of Ukraine, we have managed to help those who needed it most across the whole country. Also thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have become the biggest provider of humanitarian aid to Ukraine during the first month," People in Need director Simon Panek said.
