Pellegrini to resign as parliamentary vice-chair at end of September

Former prime minister for Smer-SD Peter Pellegrini, who recently founded a party called Voice-Social Democracy, announced on Wednesday that he will resign as parliamentary vice-chairman at the end of this month to vacate the seat for Smer. Smer has already said that it will nominate its vice-chairman Juraj Blanar for the post.
