Pellegrini marks Victory Day

It is a challenge for contemporary society not only to commemorate the victory over fascism but also to unite together and engage in another fight, without repeating mistakes from the past when politicians and decent people were ignorant to what was happening in society and the developments escalated into a world war, Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini said on Wednesday. Pellegrini commemorated the 74th anniversary of the end of WWII by laying wreaths at the Slavin Memorial in Bratislava.
