Pellegrini: Cyril and Methodius put Great Moravia on map of modern societies

Ex-prime minister and head of the extra-parliamentary Voice-SD party Peter Pellegrini stated on Saints Cyril and Methodius Day on Monday that their legacy accompanies Slovaks even in the present, and their arrival in Great Moravia was a cultural and political breakthrough in the historical development of the Slavs in the 9th century. With their education, unprecedented diplomatic skills and knowledge of the power realities of the world of that period, they created space for the spiritual development of the political elites.
