Pellegrini calls for transparent selection procedures

Slovak Parliamentary Vice-chair Peter Pellegrini called on the government to "follow a transparent path in replacing the heads of all district offices, to announce proper selection procedures and to guarantee that the best candidates win". He insisted that the governing coalition is not keeping the promises that it set for itself before the general election, as it plans to fill the senior posts along party lines. The former premier claimed that OLaNO has thus circumvented the promised transparency.
