Pellegrini agrees with Caputova's selection of state award recipients

Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini (Smer-SD) stated on Thursday that he thinks the group of 20 persons who have received state awards from President Zuzana Caputova is balanced and that they deserve the awards. "The president's selection is very balanced given the fact that we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution last year. We also had an opportunity to greet people who personally participated in the Slovak National Uprising (SNP)," stated Pellegrini, who was present at the ceremony, adding that Caputova also honoured successful scientists as well as sportsmen.
