Pavel Trojan to be new director of Prague Spring music festival

The Prague Spring international music festival's administrative board has appointed Pavel Trojan the festival's new director effective August 1, when he will replace Roman Belor, who is leaving the post at his own request, Trojan, the festival's incumbent deputy head and spokesman, told CTK on Tuesday. Prague Spring has been a renowned festival of classical music with an almost 80-year history, annually offering some 50 concerts of significant domestic and foreign artists and orchestras.
