Parliament has reopened after a security search following a bomb alert found no explosive device, spokesperson Michaela Jurcova of House Chair Boris Kollar told TASR. "A pyrotechnic search was concluded with a negative result. The building has returned to normal operations," she stated. The bomb alert was made via an anonymous phone caller on Friday morning. The building was shut down, with no one allowed in or out, but no evacuation took place, and the parliamentary session continued uninterrupted.
