Czechia saw 13,374 new COVID cases on Thursday, some 3,000 more than a week ago but fewer than on Tuesday with the record-high daily rise over 22,000 and Wednesday, a state holiday, with over 14,000 cases, and the number of hospitalisations rose to 4,750, Health Ministry's data show today. Out of the COVID patients in hospital on Thursday, about 700 were in serious condition.
