Orban, Portuguese PM hold coordination talks ahead of EU budget summit

Antonio Costa, the Portuguese prime minister, arrived in Budapest on Tuesday to hold talks with Prime Minister Viktor Orban, the PM'S press chief said. The two leaders are coordinating their national positions on EU budgetary issues ahead of Friday's summit of EU leaders, Bertalan Havasi told MTI.
