The Opocno chateau, east Bohemia, remains in the Czech state's hands as the Constitutional Court (US) rejected a complaint filed by its last noble owner's heiress, Kristina Colloredo-Mansfeld, today, in a restitution dispute lasting for almost 30 years since 1991. In her complaint, Kristina Colloredo-Mansfeld pointed to the alleged racial persecution of the noble family. However, the US is of the view that this was not sufficiently proven.
