One dead in accident at Internal Security Agency HQ in Warsaw

The spokesman of the minister coordinator of special services confirmed on Friday that an accident had occurred at the Warsaw HQ of the Internal Security Agency (ABW). The incident occurred at 10.00 on Friday when a man fell from a fourth-storey window of the building on Rakowiecka Street in Warsaw's Mokotow district. According to information obtained by PAP, the officer died in hospital shortly after the incident.
