E.ON buys 49 pc of VSE shares

German energy utility E.ON is buying 49 percent of Slovak Vychodoslovenska Energetika Holding's (VSE) shares from RWE, Economy Minister Richard Sulik told a press conference on Thursday. Smer-SD chair Robert Fico called the acquisition a "dangerous concentration of power".
