Official: Interest in Hungary wage subsidy scheme jumps

Applications for the government's wage subsidy scheme has jumped over the past two weeks, a Ministry of Innovation and Technology official said on Tuesday. So far more than 7,200 companies have submitted applications for subsidies, helping more than 95,000 people keep their jobs, Sandor Bodo, the state secretary for employment policy, said.
